RACE START TIME: The Watersons HALE 10K starts at 10:15am on Sunday 19th February 2023.
The start for the Ashley Hall 3k race starts at 9:00am

TERMS & CONDITIONS All entrants must abide by the race T&C’s. These can be read during the entry process which you need to agree to when registering.

RACE PACKS These are sent out 2 weeks prior to race day. If you haven’t received your race pack and race bib 1 week before the race then please contact us via info@sensationgroup.com

PRIZES  There is £300 in prize money for the Ashley Hall 3K, product prizes and a trophy to first man & first woman. Prizes are awarded to Open winner, U14, U11 and U8, male and female.

MEDALS & SUSTENANCE  All finishers receive a stunning race medal with bespoke lanyard.

TIMING  All runners will be provided with a D-Tag timing chip located on the back of their running number, This will record your individual time from when you personally cross the start line to when you cross the finish line.

PARKING AND THE START  Parking is available at Ashley Hall and the start and finish line is very close by in the Ashley Hall grounds.

THE 3K COURSE  It’s a fantastic course that’s very easy to follow on flat half grass half private lane course.

RACE RULES  The event is run to the rules of UK Athletics

• Minimum age for entry is 5 on the day of the race
• Registrants under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible registered adult
• Runners will not hold the race organiser responsible for any injury or loss
• Registrants understand that the final decision for the commencement of the race to go ahead on the day is that of the race organisers “Sensation Group” only.
• All registrants must agree to the race ‘Terms & Conditions’ when entering.
